Lingual Orthodontic Indirect Bonding has to be precise and there are a few different techniques being practiced around the world, from simple hand crafted, to CAD CAM.
We follow a time tested technique developed many years ago using instruments like the TARG or Creekmore Slot Machine.
However with our new Digital TARG called the Tip and Torque Surveyor accurate to 0.2 degrees measurements and the Bracket Positioning Instrument, which can bond brackets to a height and thickness within 0.1 mm accuracy.
By applying the BEST system designed by Dr. Fillion and following standard charts for Tip and Torque you can get fast and economical bonding of whatever brackets you like.
We provide “Lab brackets” at a very low price with 018 slots or a Bi-dimensional approach!
For a small extra cost we will even survey your master model for existing Tip and Torque,
so you can write your own bonding chart or by asking us to do the full IN-tendo system, which works with Diagnostic Set-Up models.
We will then individualizes all settings for Tip and Torque according to the case and individualized arch forms used for the wire templates. Total customization at the most reasonable cost!
We also have our own system of bonding for 2D that Peter designed some special “IN-tendo 2D Height Gauges” for. The lab service for this is very economical and you get our experience and nice transfer trays…we will even prepare some basic wires and a template for the 2D.
